Timex Tweaks The Waterbury, With a Quartz Diver

The Waterbury is one of the most popular Timex automatics in the range, but this new 100m dive watch incorporates some neat elements and has an affordable price tag.

The green second hand, with its trident motif is the first thing that catches your eye, with a green winding crown to match. The hands are mainly hollow, with just a dash of lume near the ends. If you are venturing underwater then there’s a triangle and countdown markers on the chapter ring, which you can advance using the second crown, thus setting a dive time.

So yeah, it has a functional aspect. But the 41mm steel case watch, with its steel bracelet is a nice everyday choice as well.

Decent value at £180.00. More here.
