It’s MOD watch week here at NWC mag, which means we made time to browse the web looking at finished MOD watches we might like to buy.

BB MOD

Let’s start in France where BB MOD are always producing some sharp Seiko derivatives, can we suse that word without sounding like a City trader? Hell yes, these variations on Seiko dive/5 themes are what Modding is all about.

Look at that crazy paving effect on the dial, Japan day feature and balck bezel. It just works. The Grand Abyssal retails at 695 euros, plus UK import taxes. Expensive but a quality option for sure. More here.

ROCKING MODS UK

Over on Etsy we found Rocking Mods shop, where a root beer bezel Seiko caught our eye. Nice 40mm case size, contrasting blue lume on the hands, green lume on markers, plus sapphire crystal with a cyclops on the date – which many MOD watches lack.

TIMES2GO

Also on Etsy, we found Times2Go, who had a pleasing balck n white MOD project on sale. The plain contrast of white dial and black case makes this really stand out, plus it has the modern Seiko 5 logo on the dial. On sale at £199, UK based.

Over at DLW in Singapore, they are adding new bezels to their DIY parts range and this green and black ceramic insert looks ace value, espcially at under £30.
