This latest MTG B3000 model has the alarm, timer, carbon case etc. plus you get a 6-band radio and solar charging too, so you can swerve that Timpson watch battery change 2 years down the line. Nice.

There’s a fashionable purple case version, or go black and military green. Either way, the price is a fearsome £899 for this baby. But if it lasts you a decade then…not really that expensive perhaps?
