Prim Sport 38; The Bespoke European

The 38mm case diameter watch is looking like the top trend of 2022, so here’s a few words from Czech manaufactuer Prim on their Sport 38 model. It has an in-house Calibre movement, sapphire crystal, 100m of water resistance and retails at around £2050.

Quite expensive yes, but you get the kudos of an in-house movement watch, which is a rare thing these days. Here’s the word;

The PRIM SPORT 38 series is inspired by classic sports watches from the late 1960s and early 1970s. The use of modern materials and construction improvements means this watch meets the demanding requirements of our current customers.

What catches the eye is the timeless and original design of the dial, as well as the highlighted index at the twelve-o’clock position. For the first time in history, the rotating bezel with lumi point, coated using HyCeram® technology, consists of two colours. The stainless steel case with brushed sides and polished top are a reference to the original design. The glass caseback provides a view of the intricate PRIM calibre 95 self-winding movement.

Due to the smaller diameter and original colour combinations, this PRIM SPORT 38 watch is considered to be a unisex model, one which can even be worn with a more elegant clothing style. It is a truly universal model for all generations.

The leather strap for this model is made by the Tlusty Leatherworks. However, the wooden box in which it comes contains an extra strap made of natural rubber.

The threaded crown ensures water resistance up to 10 ATM, which means you can wear the watch in water without any worries.

We also offer our customers the unique opportunity to personalise their watch. Instead of choosing one of our four basic colour options, you can create your own personalised colour combination for the dial, rotating bezel and leather strap.

Please do not hesitate to contact us, our experienced employees will gladly help you to choose the most suitable combination and even match the model with your partner’s watch.
