Bamford London are producing 33 pieces of a Chopard Mille Miglia special edition. Blending orange and black colours, this bespoke remix of the Chopard Mille Miglia 1000 model has a grey dial and a unique grey finish on the steel case as well.
It’s 42mm wide, has the usual chrono functions and a little bit of Bamford branding on the see-thru caseback, plus its Ltd Ed number.
It retails for £6950, which is about £2500 more than the stock Mille Miglia with the `tyre tread’ style strap. The Bamford strap is made from a mix of Cordura and leather, which looks better we think.
Verdict; If you love the Chopard Mille Miglia buy a classic used example for £3000 or so, buy a decent aftermarket strap, or even a bracelet.
